Playing at Jump Time

Are socks required at Jump Time?
Yes, anyone playing is required to wear socks in the play areas. If you or your kids do not have socks, we have them available for purchase at our front desk.
What is the age limit?

Jump Time is suitable for kids of all ages. Parents/guardians are more than welcome to come play or assist smaller children. We also have a parent/toddler area for children not quite ready for the big Jump!

At what age are children charged?

We do not charge the first parent with a paid child. Children after their 1st birthday will begin being charged for admission. Admission includes all-day access to our park.

Do we have to schedule a time to bounce?

No, open bounce is allowed during all hours of operation and include all day access to our park.

What is Cosmic Night?

Cosmic Night is a program devoted to entertaining any child with black lights, disco lights and the latest music. We will offer a safe environment parents can drop off their teens for a night of jumping, arcading and hanging out with friends.

Is each guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?
Yes, for insurance purposes, all guests who enter our open play area must have a completed/signed waiver on file. Waivers for children under 18 must be completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, we also have Online Waiver’s through our website and all waiver’s are kept on file for one year.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
You are welcome to bring your own cake or cupcakes. However, if you would like to serve a meal, we ask that you use our menu. A $25 FEE is charged for any outside food brought into the facility.

Parties at Jump Time

Can I book a party at a Jump Time location?
Yes! An associate will be available during hours of operation to assist in all your party needs.
Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or decorations?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own goodie bags and decorations. We do recommend that you to check out our party favor options. We offer a variety of fun and cool party favors at a reasonable price! To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas. Also, when purchased through us all decoration/goodie bags will be handled by an associate to allow more freedom for the parents.
What if I need to reschedule my party?
Parties may be rescheduled up to 14 days before your party. After 14 days a $50 rescheduling fee applies. Changing the date or time of your party will be considered as rescheduling.
Can I add food or drinks to the party?
Yes, food and drinks can be added at anytime before or during your party.
Can I have access to the party room to decorate before my party?
Due to scheduling we are not able to allow you into the party room prior to the scheduled time. Once the scheduled time has started we are able to allow you time to decorate prior to announcing to your guest. However, if you purchase decorations through us, the room will already be set up and decorated prior to the scheduled start time.
I've already booked my party. Can I change it to a different party package?

Yes, you may change your party package up to the day prior to your party.
